|Recommended: YesExtraordinary Customer Service — I am astonished at the level of professionalism, courtesy, and professionalism exhibited by Michael, Kelsie, and Sabrina. Each and every one of them have always resolved any and all issues immediately upon bringing my questions to their attention. The property is always clean. The trash and recycling containers are always promptly emptied. The maintenance staff are always quick to make applicable repairs in a timely manner. The grounds are quiet and peaceful I never hear loud music and noise. With the addition of the mountain views and McIntosh Lake nearby, it has been a most pleasant complex to live in.

|Recommended: YesFirst Year — My wife and I live in a 2 bedroom apartment, small yet comfortable. This is a well run complex, clean and quiet. Not horribly expensive rent and very low utilities. The people that work here are first rate at their jobs, problems get fixed quickly. Good communication to and from the staff. We plan to stay for a few years.

|Recommended: YesMaintenance Is The Best — I issued a work order to maintenance a couple of days ago to fix a problem with furnace. And the responded within 2days and have fixed the problem Now that’s the best customer service in the business Thank you for a job well done

|Recommended: YesExcellent Apartments — Great location, lots of amenities pool, community garden, electric car chargers, etc , friendly and responsive management, nice sense of community food truck nights, holiday activites, etc . Couldn't be much better really.
